TMG Foundry is a Done-For-You AI systems division of The Maycott Group LLC. We build AI operating systems, automation infrastructure, and search visibility systems for business owners, operators, and service businesses. Current offers include the AI Readiness & Revenue Leak Diagnostic and the Search Visibility Engine.

3. Payment and Checkout Terms

Diagnostic and Search Visibility Engine pricing is displayed on each product page at time of purchase. Payment is processed through our checkout provider. One-time services, such as the Diagnostic, are billed once at purchase. Recurring services, such as the Search Visibility Engine, are billed on the cadence stated on the applicable plan.

4. Diagnostic Scope Disclaimer

The AI Readiness & Revenue Leak Diagnostic evaluates your business across six operational dimensions using information you provide. Findings and revenue leakage estimates are model-based and depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. The diagnostic is intended for business planning and operational prioritization.

Search rankings, AI-answer inclusion, traffic, leads, and revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on competition, market conditions, website quality, authority, content depth, platform changes, and client participation.

6. No Legal, Financial, Medical, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this site or in any TMG Foundry deliverable constitutes legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. You should consult a licensed professional in the relevant field before making decisions based on our recommendations.

7. Client Confidentiality

Information you provide during intake, diagnostic, or service delivery is used only to evaluate and deliver the applicable service and is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell client information.

8. Vendor and Tool Disclosure

TMG Foundry may use third-party software, AI tools, and platforms to design, build, and deliver services. Use of any third-party tool does not transfer ownership of your data to that vendor beyond what is required to operate the tool, and any such use is governed by that vendor's own terms.
