2. Filing a Notice

If you believe content on tmgfoundry.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@themaycottgroup.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the site, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to info@themaycottgroup.com including your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

4. Repeat Infringers

TMG Foundry may remove content and restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.
