Refund Policy

1. AI Readiness & Revenue Leak Diagnostic

The Diagnostic is a one-time, $297 service. If the diagnostic does not surface at least 3 actionable findings for your business, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to info@themaycottgroup.com after your debrief call.

2. Search Visibility Engine

The Search Visibility Engine is a recurring service. If our work does not produce measurable improvement in your search visibility within 90 days of your documented baseline, you receive an additional 30 days of service at no charge. This guarantee applies to active, in-good-standing accounts and does not constitute a cash refund.

3. General Terms

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Setup fees and work already delivered may be non-refundable once a diagnostic report or baseline has been completed and delivered.
